We want the return process to be clear before you order.
30-day unopened returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened toilet tissue packs cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order is faulty, damaged in transit or materially different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible at houzi319294874@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can review it quickly.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item has been checked. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.
